Standard Spurred Augers are the original deep cutting WoodOwl bit. These augers are manufactured with a proprietary high-carbon steel, using the same precision and craftsmanship as all WoodOwl augers, but with a budget-friendly price. The single spur and cutting edge are hand-sharpened to produce very clean, circular holes. Flutes are nearly burr-free and wobble-free to reduce friction, vibration and smoke.
