The Sealmaster Mounted Cast Iron Two Bolt Pillow Block Ball Bearing is a robust, ready-to-mount bearing unit designed for reliable performance in normal to medium-duty applications. Featuring a solid one-piece cast iron housing, this pillow block ensures maximum strength and rigidity. The bearing insert, crafted from 52100 bearing steel with a black oxide coating, provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability. It utilizes a setscrew locking collar or Sealmaster’s exclusive Skwezloc® concentric locking collar for secure shaft attachment, minimizing slippage. The unit includes felt seals to protect against contaminants and retain lubrication, with a relubricatable design for extended bearing life. The two-bolt base allows for straightforward installation, supporting radial or radial-and-thrust loads.
