The Sargent 8265-LNJ-26D Privacy, Bedroom or Bath Mortise Lock is a Privacy, Bedroom or Bath Mortise Lock for the 8200 Series. The 8200 Series far surpasses ANSI/BHMA A156.13 Series 1000 Grade 1 standards, making it the strongest and most durable mortise lock in the industry.

Features include:

• Privacy, Bedroom or Bath Lock – ANSI F22
• Lever outside retracts latchbolt except when locked by thumb turn inside. Lever inside retracts latchbolt and unlocks outside lever. Emergency Release unlocks lever outside. Thumb turn locks and unlocks lever outside. Closing the door will unlock lever outside.
