Diamond Smoothing Domes
Diamond Resin Smoothing Domesare perfect for smoothing glass on your grinder or lap! A resin or plastic bonded diamond dome has a shorter life span than the nickel bonded domes, but is a less aggressive option and some find it easier to work with edges.
These are great for pre-polishing steps on inside curves. These domes are approximately 4″ across the base and 2-1/2″ in height. Standard thread sizes are 1″-14RH female and 5/8″-11RH female.
A male to male adapter is needed to mount these on your Covington flat lap.
